MASSON MUSIC MAKE US AN OFFER SALE Sept 2010 CONDITIONS
Customers are invited to make an offer on the purchase price of sale items
The sale applies only to new items currently in stock in our showroom
Discounts will not apply to items specially ordered in for the customer
Items that are already discounted may not be eligible
Used / second hand items may not be eligible
Discount on print music in stock during the sale period is 20% unless otherwise marked
Acceptance of offers is at the discretion of the management of Masson Music
Masson Music have the right to determine what constitutes a reasonable offer
Discounts are for cash sales. A small fee for credit card usage may apply in some cases
Discounts will not apply to items purchased on Certegy interest free finance
Masson Music offers goods described on this Website for sale at the advertised price
inc. G.S.T., and subject to the Terms and Conditions stipulated below.
Prices and Delivery
- All prices are quoted and transacted in Australian Dollars, including G.S.T.
For other currencies, please click on the Currency Converter at the bottom of this page.
- Purchase Plans are available, but Internet Prices will not apply. Contact us for Purchase Plan prices.
- 20% deposit will be required on special orders.
- Prices can change due to a number of reasons beyond our control,

Choral Music: It is the policy of our suppliers to only accept minimum orders of 5 copies per title. This is beyond the control of Masson Music.
- Delivery costs valid for Australia only and are subject to confirmation. Variances may occur on individual circumstances.
- The only Payment method at this time for Internet Orders is Credit Card. We
only accept VISA or MASTERCARD. If you do not hold a Credit Card, please contact us for further details:-

Warranty
- All new products are sold with the manufacturers limited warranty. This may vary
between manufacturers and products. All second hand products have a 90 day warranty.
Returns
- RETURNS are covered by the rights granted under the relevant Australian State and Federal Laws and in particular, the Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding State Fair Trading Legislation.
Full refunds will be given for items other than those listed below, if returned within 7 days of Invoice Date. Return Freight is at the Customer’s expense.
GOODS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 7 DAY REFUND.
1. Items specially ordered for Customer.
2. Custom made or modified items.
3. Items without original purchase documentation.
4. Purchases for insurance claims.
5. Goods sold as damaged, marked or discounted.
6. Print, Sheet Music, CD’s, Videos, D.V.D.’s, all Soft-ware and Cassettes.
7. Gift Vouchers.
8. Wearing apparel.
9. Items not in original condition and packaging.
10. Strings which have been fitted.
11. Any products which are inserted into the mouth – i.e. Kazoo, Reeds, Mouthpieces, Harmonicas etc.
